PURPOSE: A field correction device for a flowmeter for partly filled pipes for a sewer system is provided to perform a field survey by using a filled pipe, thereby enhancing the accuracy of the field survey. CONSTITUTION: A field correction device for a flowmeter for partly filled pipes for a sewer system comprises a first packing(15), a submerge pump, a water collecting pipe unit(10), a water collecting tank(21), a measuring unit(20), a fixture, a first discharging pipe, a reference flowmeter, a second discharging pipe(34), and a discharging pipe unit(30). The first packing seals inlets of a manhole and sewage pipe for supplying water to the water collecting tank. The submerge pump collects the water from a collecting pipe being inserted into the first packing. The water collecting pipe unit comprises a hose. The hose connects the submerge pump and water collecting tank. The water collecting tank is connected to the water collecting pipe unit. The measurement is composed of a reference flowmeter displaying unit and operation unit. The fixture is installed in the lower part of the water collecting tank. The first discharging pipe is fixed by the fixture. The reference flowmeter is installed in the first discharging pipe. The second discharging pipe is connected to the first discharging pipe and a reversal U-shaped pipe is formed at a connection point of the first discharging pipe and second discharging pipe.
