PURPOSE: A composition containing acetone extract of green tea is provided to prevent and treat cancer without denaturation by heat. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing acetone extract of green tea comprises: a step of drying and pulverizing green tea leaves to prepare green tea powder; a step of dipping the green tea powder and filtering; a step of placing the liquid at 4 to -20C for 12-24 hours to prepare impurities; a step of adding saturated saline solution, distilled water, and hexane and shaking to prepare a hexane fraction; a step of decompressing the hexane fraction to remove hexane. A composition or supplementary food for preventing and treating cancer contains the acetone extract as an active ingredient.
