CARABINER STOPPER AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF CAPABLE OF REDUCING MANUFACTURING TIME AND PERSONNEL COSTS

PURPOSE: A carabiner stopper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve corrosion resistance by forming a stopper with an aluminum alloy material same as a main locker.;CONSTITUTION: A carabiner stopper manufacturing method is as follows. A main locker(5) locks and unlocks an opening(4) in one side of a body(2) of a carabiner(1). The main locker is elastically installed to adjust the angle thereof by a shaft pin(3). The carabiner stopper is thread-coupled to a male screw(8) of the main locker to restrict a descending width of a sub-locker(6). Aluminum alloy bar materials are inserted in a CNC(Computer Numerical Control) lathe.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
