PURPOSE: A window cover opening and closing device is provided to simultaneously open and close multiple window covers, to have a light weight, and to save costs of installation of the window cover opening and closing device.;CONSTITUTION: A window cover opening and closing device(100) comprises multiple fastening members(171), a lifting bar(170), multiple flexible linear members(160), a reel shaft(140), and a motor(110). The multiple fastening members are separably coupled to the lower part of multiple window covers(30) and are longitudinally coupled to the lifting bar in a row. One end of the multiple flexible linear members is coupled to the lifting bar. The other end of the multiple flexible linear members is coupled on the exterior of the reel shaft. The motor rotates the reel shaft in one direction or another direction so that the multiple flexible linear members can be wound or unwound, respectively, on the exterior of the reel shaft.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
