DESULFURIZER FOR MOLTEN STEEL AND DESULFURIZING METHOD OF USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A desulfurization agent for molten steel and a desulfurization method for molten steel using the same are provided to improve work environment by reusing waste generated during a work for a process. CONSTITUTION: A desulfurization method for molten steel using a desulfurization agent for molten steel is as follows. Molten steel is put into a ladle(S10). A desulfurization agent composed of quicklime and tundish slag is put into the ladle(S20). The tundish slag is mixed with quicklime at a ratio of 1:0.2-0.5 and is composed of 30-45weight% of CaO, 4-5weight% of MgO, 4-10weight% of SiO2, 25-40weight% of Al2O3, and inevitable impurities. The put desulfurization agent is mixed with the molten steel(S30). Slag generated when the desulfurization agent is put is removed(S40).
