PURPOSE: An image photographing device for preventing kidnapping and crime is provided to transmit a photographing image to a main server through a wireless modem, thereby checking a daily life of a child who has the device. CONSTITUTION: A housing(10) is formed in the form of a pendant. A charge-coupled device(CCD) camera(20) is installed in a front housing. An image processing board processes images of the CCD camera to viewed in a monitor. A wireless modem wirelessly accesses to a main server with an inherent registration ID and transmits the processed images of the image processing board.
