PURPOSE: A differential data strobe signal receiving device and method are provided to reduce the sensitivity of differential data strobe receiver of control treatment alteration by deciding the proper usage of several resistance connections in a test.;CONSTITUTION: An interface(10) access to a data stored in the DRAM(20). An interface comprises a differential clock generating unit(12) which generates differential clock signal transmitted to DRAM. The DRAM comprises a timing control unit(22) to control access of stored data and a differential data strobe transmitter(26). A timing control unit controls a data access unit(24) and a data strove transmitter. A differential data strove receiver(14) converts DQSP/DQSM signal into a single signal. A latch(16) receives data received from DRAM.
