PURPOSE: A soundproof tunnel is provided to prevent the deformation of a lower part pillar and to enhance the degree of freedom of design for a lower part pillar by reducing the load delivered to a lower part pillar supporting a ceiling structure.;CONSTITUTION: A soundproof tunnel(100) includes a lower part pillar(110), a width change type frame(120), and a ceiling frame(130). The lower part pillars are installed with a regular distance each other on a pair of right and left foundation concretes(20) which are successively installed along the left and right sides of a road(10). The lower part pillar comprises a plate shaped web(113) connecting an external flange(111) and an internal flange(112). The width change type frames have each end connected by the medium of each upper end of a pair of the lower part of pillars and a combining member(118). The ceiling frames are connected by the medium of each other end of a pair of width change type frames and other combining members.
