The present invention relates to a soundproof panel frame for reducing diffracted noise, a tunnel-type soundproof wall having the same, and a construction method of the tunnel-type soundproof wall, which improve construction performance by assembling a base frame coupled to a post and a cover frame for supporting a soundproof panel in a hook-type and fastening the base frame and the cover frame through fasteners, and prevents noise from leaking in the fixing part of the post and the soundproof panel. The soundproof panel frame for reducing diffracted noise, according to the present invention, comprises: a fixing frame (10) which is fixed to a post of the tunnel-type soundproof wall; a base frame (20) which is coupled to the fixing frame and supports a soundproof panel; a cover frame (30) which supports the soundproof panel and is fixed to one or more from the base frame and the fixing frame; and a porous sound absorbing cover (40) which has one or more sound absorbing holes (41) and is installed between the soundproof panels to absorb and reduce noise.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
