PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a magnetic rubber for an encoder seal and a magnetic rubber manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture a magnetic rubber having excellent magnetism by magnetizing multiple electrodes to the magnetic rubber with a magnetizer.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a magnetic rubber for an encoder seal is as follows. Anisotropic ferrite is stirred after being inserted into a fused mucinoid polymer. The mixture of the polymer and the anisotropic ferrite is pressed to arrange the crystals of the anisotropic ferrite mixed in the polymer in a certain direction. The pressed mixture of the polymer and the anisotropic ferrite is rolled by a calandering or a rolling process into a flat plate. At this time, the crystals of the anisotropic ferrite mixed in the polymer are rolled to be secondarily arranged. The mixture of the polymer and the anisotropic ferrite is punched to form a desired shaped preform. The preform is magnetized to cross N and S poles by a magnetizer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
