PURPOSE: A cable assembly, a connector and a semiconductor tester are provided to supply an extended signal terminal and a ground terminal to a first side in an insulating member in parallel, thereby preventing degradation of a signal transmission property.;CONSTITUTION: A signal terminal is provided to a first side in an insulating member(58). A ground terminal is provided to the first side in the insulating member in parallel with the signal terminal. A secondary ground conductor is provided to a second side in the insulating member.
