PURPOSE: Tool handle consisting of composite material is provided to be formed by the composite material of metal and the synthetic resin, thereby provide even intensity, robustness, and elastic force to handle of the synthetic resin while maintaining strong intensity of pipe.;CONSTITUTION: Inner side of pipe is penetrated. The pipe is a light-weighted metal material. Handle(13) of synthetic resin materials has constant thickness. The handle surrounds the whole pipe. Assembly portion(14) is formed in the leading end of the handle. By the composite material, tool handle(10) has high intensity in light weight.
