PURPOSE: A portable terminal holding device of car multimedia integrated type having a charging function capable of protecting the portable terminal outside a vehicle using the portable terminal holder and charging and holding a portable terminal inside a vehicle by accepting a portable terminal holder is provided to connect a portable terminal to a terminal holder, which is also used as a terminal case, having a charger port and form a terminal accepting part having a charging terminal in the head unit of a vehicle.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal accepting part(10) includes a charging terminal(11) connected to a car battery. A terminal holder(20) includes a settling groove part(21) for the settling of the portable terminal(200). A second charger port(30) is inserted into a charge/communications port(201) of the portable terminal. A third charger port(40) is electrically connected with the second charger port.
