PURPOSE: A holder for a portable terminal in a vehicle is provided to hold the portable terminal in a steering wheel of the vehicle, which is the closest position to a driver, by preventing the portable terminal from shaking with a posture maintaining unit.;CONSTITUTION: A holder for a portable terminal in a vehicle comprises a fixed frame (110), a rotating frame (120), and a posture maintaining unit. The fixed frame is attached to the front surface of a steering wheel. The rotating frame is rotatably connected to the front side of the fixed frame. The posture maintaining unit is installed on one side of the rotating frame. The posture maintaining unit includes a gyro sensor (161), a reversible driving motor (162), and a power transmission device. The gyro sensor is fixed in the fixed frame and senses the posture of the fixed frame. The reversible driving motor controls the operation based on posture information received from the gyro sensor. The power transmission device compulsorily rotates the rotating frame by receiving the torque from the reversible driving motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
