PURPOSE: A wireless resource possession method of a low power wireless device and the low power wireless device thereof are provided to reduce the number of times of retransmission by interference by sensing a state of a channel before the transmission of each frame. The low-power wireless device senses a state of wireless resources in a medium interframe space to use the wireless resources corresponding to the next frame after the transmission of one of the frames(430).
