PURPOSE: A noninvasive method for measuring blood glucose, a device thereof, and a recording medium thereof are provided to the test blood glucose of a target body by directly transmitting microwaves to the target body, and from a reflection coefficient of the microwaves calculate a blood sugar level to be displayed.;CONSTITUTION: A transmitting unit(110) transmits microwaves to a target body. A waveform generator(130) generates microwaves. A receiving unit(120) receives a first reflected wave of the microwaves. An echo cancellation unit(140) generates a second reflected wave after removing direct waves.
