PURPOSE: A cold rolling speed control method is provided to offer stainless steel having no heat streak.;CONSTITUTION: A cold rolling speed control method includes a reference value configuration stage of measuring one or more of a rolling load or forward slip in a steady state with the rolling speed after setting a rolling speed of a continuous rolling system(S1), a measured value measurement stage of measuring more than any one of a rolling load or forward slip while cold rolling stainless steel(S2), a variation calculation stage of calculating the variation being a percentage of a measured value to a reference value using the following equation(S3) and a rolling speed deceleration stage of decelerating the rolling speed when the variation is over 10%(S4). The steady state in the reference value configuration stage is a state that the rolling speed acceleration is finished and a normal rolling speed is started and being maintained.
