PURPOSE: A zero position detecting device of a disk picker robot is provided to enable a robot controller to stop the movement of the disk picker robot according to the zero position detection of the disk picker robot.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of holes for detecting a movement position of a disk picker robot(105) is formed in encoders(501,502). Sensors(503,505) are installed in the disk picker robot. A light emitting unit of the sensors emits a light to the encoders. A light receiving unit of the sensors receives the light penetrating the holes. When a zero position of the robot is detected based on an output signal of the light receiving unit, a robot controller(300) stops the movement of the robot.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
