PURPOSE: An injection molding method, a manufacturing method of a fuel level sensor using the same, and a fuel level sensor are provided to improve air tightness and insulating effect when charging heat-resistant resin in upper and lower parts of a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: A heat-resistant resin is charged in upper and lower parts of a substrate(S100). A lower part is over-molded by injection mold. A fuel level sensor includes a substrate, a lower body, a heat resistant resin, and an upper body. The lower body accepts the substrate. The heat-resistant resin is charged in the upper, lower, or inside of the lower part.
