PURPOSE: An electrophoresis display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase light reflectivity by preventing the overflow of electrophoresis dispersing liquid.;CONSTITUTION: An electrophoresis dispersing liquid includes charged particles(150). The electrophoresis dispersing liquid is filled in a pixel region. A wiper cleaner(300) is formed on a partition(130). A common electrode(210) is formed beneath an upper substrate(200).
