PURPOSE: A shape management server for automatically constructing a plurality of hosts and a method thereof are provided to automatize works by syntagmatically executing each individual shape construction work.;CONSTITUTION: A shape information registering unit(211) receives shape information including a plurality of IP(Internet Protocol) addresses from a manager. A connection information obtaining unit(212) acquires a plurality of MAC(Medium Access Control) addresses from a network switch. An address mapping unit(213) maps the IP addresses inputted in the shape information registration unit and the MAC addresses acquired by the connection information obtaining unit. An automation supporting unit(214) provides mapping information between the MAC address and the IP address.
