PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid nanoemulsion carrier containing coenzyme Q10 is provided to improve the collection efficiency of the coenzyme Q10 using an internal gelation technology. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid nanoemulsion containing a biologically active substance comprises the following steps: heat-processing beta-lactoglobulin at 56-74C; mixing the partially degenerated beta-lactoglobulin with alginic acid to obtain a mixed solution; and adding the biologically active substance and calcium chloride as a crosslinking agent into the mixed solution, and internally gelating and collecting the biologically active substance. The biologically active substance is coenzyme Q10. The nanoemulsion contains 0.001-0.05% of alginic acid, 3.5-4.5mM of calcium chloride, and less than 5% of surfactant in the amount of the mixed solution. [Reference numerals] (AA) Heat-processing a beta-lactoglobulin solution(0.98%, w/v) at 60,65,70C, respectively, for 10 minutes; (BB) Heat-processed beta-lactoglobulin solution(0.98%, W/V) + alginic acid solution(0.01,0.03,0.05%, w/v); (CC) 9mL beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid solution + 0.45g Tween 80(5%,w/w); (DD) Grape seed oil + coenzyme Q10(0.5mg/ml); (EE) 3mL coenzyme Q10 containing grape seed oil + 9mL Tween 80 containing beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid solution; (FF) Ultrasound wave treatment at 70,50,30W, respectively, for 3 minutes after mixing with a homogenizer at 600 rpm for 5 minutes; (GG) Adding 1M calcium chloride 48ul into 12mL ultrasound wave treated beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid solution; (HH) Coenzyme Q10 containing beta-lactoglobulin/alginic acid nanoemulsion
