PURPOSE: A guide device and a twin roll strip casting device including the same are provided to perform casting without a leader strip by a guide unit.;CONSTITUTION: A guide device(100) comprises a grip unit(160) and a moving unit(170). The grip unit grips the tip end of a steep plate which is supplied from a steel plate supplying unit. The moving unit moves the grip unit to a transporting position on the moving direction of the steel plate moving unit from a grip position on the moving direction of the steel plate supplying unit in order to be transported by the steel plate transporting unit for a follow-up process. The grip unit comprises a grip roller(161) for positioning on both sides around the steel plate and a grip cylinder(163) for moving the grip roller by being connected to both sides of the grip roller. The grip cylinder moves the grip roller to the steel plate when the steel plate supplying unit supplies the steel plate in order to grip the steel plate by the grip roller. The moving unit is connected with the grip unit. The moving unit comprises a driving body which is rotatably fixed with one side and a driving unit for rotating the driving body on rotating shaft which is equipped in one side of the driving body.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
