PURPOSE: A sieve bucket and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize deformation and to reduce work time by bending the predetermined section of a bucket unit after punching the surface of a steel plate in order to shape into a sieve by using a cutting tip for punching.;CONSTITUTION: A sieve bucket comprises an outer bucket unit and an inner bucket unit. The outer bucket unit comprises an outer connection plate which includes a vibration drum and a hydraulic motor. The inner bucket unit is combined with a sieve(100) and comprises an inner connection plate which includes a vibration drum and a hydraulic motor. The sieve comprises a curvature unit(102) which is curved with a predetermined section in the longitudinal direction towards the inner connection plate and a plurality of through holes(101) in the form of a grid on the surface.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
