PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process is provided to equalize the thickness of a pipe and to additionally increase the length of the pipe with a reduced portion of the thickness, thereby reducing the cost for a raw material by minimizing unnecessary loss of the material.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process includes: a step(S1) of flow-forming a seamless pipe which is a raw material; a step(S2) of cutting the pipe for manufacturing the high pressure vessel; a step(S4) of heating one end of the pipe, and then sealing the one end of the pipe for forming a bottom surface; a step(S6) of heating the other end of the pipe, and then sealing the other end of the pipe for forming a neck; a step(S7) of heat-treating the pipe in which the bottom surface and the neck are formed; a step of forming an inlet in the neck of the heat-treated pipe; a step(S9) of short-blasting the inner side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed; a step of short-blasting the outer side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed.
