PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process is provided to equalize the thickness of a pipe and to additionally increase the length of the pipe with a reduced portion of the thickness, thereby reducing the cost for a raw material by minimizing unnecessary loss of the material.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a high pressure vessel with a flow-forming process includes: a step(S1) of flow-forming a seamless pipe which is a raw material; a step(S2) of cutting the pipe for manufacturing the high pressure vessel; a step(S4) of heating one end of the pipe, and then sealing the one end of the pipe for forming a bottom surface; a step(S6) of heating the other end of the pipe, and then sealing the other end of the pipe for forming a neck; a step(S7) of heat-treating the pipe in which the bottom surface and the neck are formed; a step of forming an inlet in the neck of the heat-treated pipe; a step(S9) of short-blasting the inner side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed; a step of short-blasting the outer side of the pipe in which the inlet is formed. The method for manufacturing the high pressure vessel further includes at least one of the following: a step(S8) of inspecting the hardness of the outer side of the heat-treated pipe; a step(S10) of implementing ultrasonography with a probe in contact with the outer side of the heat-treated pipe; a step of injecting water inside the pipe through the inlet in order to increase pressure inside the pipe and to expand the pipe, and then inspecting the contraction rate of the pipe after removing pressure; and a step(S13) of injecting air inside the pipe through the inlet, and then inspecting whether or not air is leaking.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S1) Flow-forming a pipe; (S10) Inspecting the high-pressure vessel with ultrasonic waves; (S11) Forming an injection port at the neck of the high-pressure vessel; (S12) Inspecting the water pressure of the high-pressure vessel; (S13) Inspecting an air leakage of the high-pressure vessel; (S14) Shot-blasting the inner side of the high-pressure vessel; (S15) Secondarily shot-blasting the outer side of the high-pressure vessel; (S16) Coating the high-pressure vessel; (S2) Cutting a pipe; (S3) Heating one end of the pipe; (S4) Sealing to form a bottom surface; (S5) Heating the other end of the pipe; (S6) Sealing to form a neck; (S7) Implementing heat-treatment of the a high-pressure vessel; (S8) Inspecting the hardness of the outer side of the high-pressure vessel; (S9) Primarily shot-blasting the outer side of the high-pressure vessel
