TONGUE PLATE OF THE SEATBELT FOR AN AUTOMOBILE CAPABLE OF IMPROVING PASSENGER'S RIDE COMFORT

PURPOSE: A tongue plate of the seatbelt for an automobile is provided to improve passenger's ride comfort by generating no noise when the handle part of the tongue plate collides with a pillar trim.;CONSTITUTION: A tongue plate(300) fixes a seat belt of a vehicle to a buckle. An impact absorbing damper(400) made of a soft material is inserted into a webbing, and is installed in backside of a handle part(310) of the tongue plate which is contacted with a pillar trim. The backside of the handle part prevents the noise generated in contacting with the pillar trim.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
