PURPOSE: An injection-molded product manufacturing method of metal coated graphite powder is provided to facilitate the production of an injection-molded product with various shapes with improved thermal conductivity using metal injection molding.;CONSTITUTION: An injection-molded product manufacturing method of metal coated graphite powder includes following steps. The graphite powder is formed by coating a conductive material(S10). An injection-molded product is formed by injection-molding the coated graphite powder(S20). The injection-molded product forming process includes following steps. A molded mixture is formed by mixing the coated graphite powder and a binder(S22). The injection-molded product is formed by injection-molding the molded mixture(S24). The molded mixture is defatted(S26). The injection-molded product is sintered(S28).
