The arrangement (10) has a circuit board with a LED, and a current-operated heating unit (14), where a radiator (16) stands in direct or indirect contact with the heating unit. The radiator is a passive heat exchanger, and is a single-piece body made of aluminum. The radiator is a corrugated aluminum profile, preferably a fitted standard cooling fin profile. The heating unit is a silicone heating mat with a heating wire, which is molded in silicone. An automatic temperature switch is provided for switching on and off the heating unit, where the heating unit is circular. An independent claim is also included for a heater for a LED light.
