PURPOSE: A customized TTI(Time-Temperature Integrator) with adjusted temperature dependence and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to constantly control temperature dependence and to accurately predict food quality.;CONSTITUTION: A customized TTI with adjusted temperature dependence contains a viscous material for controlling activation energy of TTI.
