PURPOSE: A traffic accident receiving system using a mobile phone is provided to notify an accident to an insurance company and quick service information by inputting information about an insurance applicant to an application beforehand.;CONSTITUTION: An application(102) transmits basic information of an insurance applicant, GPS(Global Positioning System) information, an accident type, and the execution of a quick reaction to a data server(103). The data server is connected with the application and a portable information terminal(101) through a communication network(104). The data server stores traffic accident receiving information by using the application and the portable information terminal.
