摘要

PURPOSE: An anisotropically conductive film is provided to obtain excellent connection reliability and repair property when connecting the terminal of an electronic component and the terminal of a substrate.;CONSTITUTION: An anisotropically conductive film comprises a film-forming resin, liquid crystal curable compound, conductive particle, elastomer, and resin composition containing a hardener. The storage modulus(25°C) of the anisotropic conductive film is 0.5-1.5 GPa. The elastomer has a fracture strength of 50-80 MPa and a fracture elongation of 10% or less. The content of the elastomer is 20-50 weight%. The conductive particle has a contraction hardness of 300-500 kgf/mm^2 after 10% elongation in the condition of 49.035 mN load and 2.226 mN/sec loading rate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
