PURPOSE: An optical sheet for the 3D eyeglasses and the 3D eyeglasses are provided to obtain a desired double refractivity and the durability even if it forms a curved shape. CONSTITUTION: An optical sheet(1) for 3D eyeglasses comprises a base film(2), a phase difference film(3), and a polarizing plate(4). The phase difference film is laminated on a backside of the base film and has a double refractivity in the planar direction. The polarizing plate is laminated on the backside of the phase difference film. The main component of the phase difference film is a cycloolefin copolymer or a cycloolefin polymer.
