PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical sheet for 3D glasses that offers a desired birefringence when formed in a curbed surface shape or the like, and has high durability, and a 3D glasses using the same.SOLUTION: An optical sheet for 3D glasses has a base film, a retardation film stacked on the rear-surface side of the base film and having birefringence in a plane direction, and a polarizing plate stacked on the rear-surface side of the retardation film. The retardation film contains cycloolefin copolymer or cycloolefin polymer as a main component, the thickness of the base film is 300 m or more and 2000 m or less. An absolute value of the photoelastic coefficient of the main component of the base film is preferably equal to or less than 10×10Pa. The main component of the base film is preferably an acryl resin. The pencil hardness of the base film is preferably equal to or less than H.
