PURPOSE: A method for preventing a service collision of a host controller interface layer, a terminal device therefor, a booting method thereof, and a host controller thereof are provided to prevent a collision of a service application. CONSTITUTION: An NFC terminal(200) includes a host controller(210) and a UICC(Universal Integrated Circuit Card) host(220). A management gate(211) exists in the host controller. Card RF gates(212-214) are included in the bottom of the management gate. The management gate and the card RF gates in the host controller transceive a command and an event of a HCI. The management gate and card application gates(222-224) are included in the UICC host. A service application(225) operates a specific application by using RF type technology.
