PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of Artemisia argyi tea which has excellent palatability is provided to reinforce palatability, and properly balance a tidy aftertaste and unique fragrance of Artemisia.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of Artemisia argyi tea comprises a step of rolling after a first roasting of Artemisia argyi at 190-250°C; and a step of rolling after a second roasting of rolling Artemisia argyi at 160-220°C. A first and second roasting is for 5-10 minutes, a first rolling and a second rolling is for 3-7 minutes. An Artemisia argyi is a mature leaf or a young leaf. After a second roasting and rolling, the process of drying and casing is at 120-140°C for 15-25 minutes.
