PURPOSE: A rearing method of marsh trefoil is provided to be able to rear marsh trefoil by using pots as a space for marsh trefoil to root even if the rearing environment is not the environment in which marsh trefoil has to root in underwater ground. CONSTITUTION: A rearing method of marsh trefoil comprises: a step of implanting roots of marsh trefoil(101) on an anti-weed mat(102); and a step of fixing the anti-weed mat, in which marsh trefoil is implanted, to the edge part of a natural or artificial reservoir, or floating on the surface of the natural or artificial reservoir. The anti-weed mat is formed in a pocket shape in order to contain soil inside, and the edge of the natural or artificial reservoir has under 1m or less depth. The anti-weed mat is fixed to the bottom of the edge of the reservoir. In case the anti-weed mat floats on the surface of the natural or artificial reservoir, the anti-weed mat contains floating agents inside or is connected and fixed to the floating agents outside so that the anti-weed mat is able to float. In the step of implanting roots of marsh trefoil, roots of marsh trefoil is implanted to an anti-weed mat again after implanting to an embedded pot.
