PURPOSE: An electrode is provided to improve electron-transfer rate, to increase stability by crosslinking and to have good sensitivity in a low glucose density. CONSTITUTION: An electrode comprises a self-assembled block copolymer with organic metals, and enzyme. The block copolymer is a crosslinked block copolymer. The self-assembled block copolymer and enzyme form a coating layer of 1-50 micron. The amorphously self-assembled block copolymer includes a block including a conductive organic metal. A manufacturing method of the electrode includes a step of mixing the self-assembled block copolymer and enzyme and coating the surface of the electrode with the same.
