PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of porous implant and a porous implant manufactured thereof are provided to be securely fixed at the surrounding bone tissue within a fast time and not generate stress shielding phenomenon at the surrounding bone tissue after the transplant.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of porous implant comprises a step of injecting which fills raw material is consisted of metal powder or ceramic powder in mold; and a step of sintering that applies constant pressure to raw material(2) filled in mold using electric sintering apparatus(1) and sinters the raw material at a constant temperature by electrifying the raw material. The porous implant shortens the manufacturing time and lowers the manufacturing temperature. A pressure added in a sintering step is 100 to 2000kgf / cm^2.
