SELF-SUPPORTING SOUNDPROOF GABION, CAPABLE OF SOLVING SOUNDPROOFING PROBLEMS AND ENSURING THE STABILITY OF A STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A self-supporting soundproof gabion is provided to maximize soundproofing effects and to ensure structural stability by preventing the deformation of a wall gabion and a soundproof gabion by a plurality of connection wires.;CONSTITUTION: A self-supporting soundproof gabion(100) comprises a supporting frame(10), a soundproof gabion(20), a wall gabion(30), and a plurality of connection wires. The supporting frame supports the wall gabion to the ground or a concrete foundation for self-supporting and comprises a vertical beam(11) in an H beam structure and a horizontal beam(12). The soundproof gabion is installed into multi layers by covering the supporting frame and accommodates a stone material with compact distributed particles. The wall gabion is installed into multi layers by covering the supporting frame and accommodates stone materials such as broken and natural stones into a square frame which is formed by welding a horizontal wire(31) and a vertical wire(32). The connection wire is combined with the wall gabion by crossing the inside of the soundproof gabion in order to prevent the deformation of the wall gabion and the soundproof gabion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
