PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of biodegradable polymer nanogel is provided to have a simple irradiation method, and selectively control particle size of the nanogel.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of biodegradable polymer nanogel comprises: a step of adding a biodegradable polymer into a mixture of purified water and alcohol or hexane as a non-solvent not dissolving biodegradable polymer, to manufacture a base solution; and a step of filling a tray with the base material, and irradiating the base material.
