PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metal oxide magnetic nano-particles and inter metallic compound nano magnetism particles is provided to environmentally-friendlily produce nano magnetism particles with the uniform-size of hundreds nanometer by using metal salt as raw material.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of metal oxide magnetic nano-particles comprises the steps of: (1) producing a metal precursor solution by dissolving metal salt including one metal kind in an organic solvent, (2) manufacturing nano particles by irradiating ultrasound to the metal precursor solution (1), (3) segregating nano particles by adding ethanol into the metal precursor (2), and (4) drying and heat-treating the nano particles (3). The ultrasound of the step (2) is irradiated with the intensity of 2-200kHz for 1-12 hours. A manufacturing method of inter metallic compound nano-magnetism particles comprises the steps of: (i) producing a metal precursor solution by dissolving metal salt including two metal kinds in an organic solvent, (ii) manufacturing nano particles by irradiating ultrasound to the metal precursor solution (i), (iii) segregating nano particles by adding ethanol to the metal precursor solution (ii), and drying and heat-treating the nano particles (iii).
