PURPOSE: A multi-sheet for a backlight unit and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture 2 layer or 3 layer multi-sheet for having thin thickness and raising the assembly productivity despite using a printless light guide plate when producing an optical sheet for a backlight unit of a television LCD.;CONSTITUTION: A first basal layer(110) is composed of a first PET film for placing a multi-sheet right on a printless light guide plate(100). A first functional layer(120) is composed of a first prism pattern formed on the upper surface of the first basal layer, and a second basal layer(140) is composed of a second PET film. A second functional layer(150) having a second prism pattern is formed on the upper surface of the second basal layer to be perpendicular to the first prism pattern of the first functional layer. A first adhesive layer(130) is formed on the lower surface of the second basal layer, and a third basal layer(170) is composed of a third PET film. A third functional layer(180) is formed by distributing diffusing beads on the upper surface of the third basal layer, and a second adhesive layer(160) is formed on the lower surface of the third basal layer. A part of a rib of the first prism pattern of the first functional layer is integrated with the first adhesive layer by being inserted into the first adhesive layer, and a part of a rib of the second prism pattern of the second functional layer is integrated with the second adhesive layer by being inserted into the second adhesive layer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
