SYSTEM TO ISSUE REVENUE STAMP BY USING DATA PROCESSING SYSTEM AND METHOD TO CONTROL ISSUE THEREOF

PURPOSE: A revenue stamp issuing system using a computation system and an issuing control method thereof are provided to pay revenue stamps of securities with various payment units and to manage a history of the securities up to completing use of the securities, thereby preventing wrongful use of the revenue stamps. CONSTITUTION: An accounting server(120) connects a payment terminal(110) to a card company(130) and manages information which includes issuing information, a signature of a user, and an issuing record for each device. A revenue stamp reissuing website(150) outputs revenue stamps of securities again by using payment information when malfunction is in a device which connects the payment terminal and the accounting server. A revenue stamp verification device(160) determines whether or not the revenue stamps are abnormal.
