FEED ADDITIVES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND PRODUCTION METHOD OF EGG CONTAINING SAPONIN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a feed additive and a method for producing eggs containing saponin are provided to promote growth of livestocks and immunity, and to produce the functional eggs containing saponin. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a feed additive comprises: a step of primarily fermenting a mixture containing Codonopsis lanceolata and/or Platycodon grandiflorum, and Humulus japonius; and a step of mixing the fermented mixture, and secondly fermenting to prepare the feed additive. A feed composition is prepared by mixing 0.1-10 parts by weight of the feed additive based on 100 parts by weight of formula feed. Eggs containing saponin are produced by feeding the feed composition to a layer chicken. The mixture further contains Perilla frutescens, Impatiens balsamina, Salvia plebeia, loofah, Saururus Herba, Houttuynia cordata, Cudrania tricuspidata, onion, Foeniculi fructus, Eucommia ulmoides, Hovenia dulcis, Acanthopanacis cortex, Japanese apricot, garlic, kelp, green tea, and leaf mustard.
