PURPOSE: A metal printed circuit board is provided to improve the convenience of a process by forming heat radiation fins with various shapes.;CONSTITUTION: A metal printed circuit board(100) has a semiconductor optical device(300). A heat radiation unit(200) is extended from the metal printed circuit board. The heat radiation unit is integrated with the metal printed circuit board and includes a plurality of heat radiation fins(202).
