PURPOSE: A graphene nano ribbon, a manufacturing method, and a transparent conductive film and electronic component using the same are provided to simplify a process, reduce a manufacturing cost and time, and manufacture a large quantity of nano ribbons environment-friendly and economically. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of a graphene nano ribbon includes a step for preparing a mixture including a copper phthalocyanine and ionic liquid and a step for irradiating a microwave to the mixture. The mixture includes the copper phthalocyanine and the ionic liquid in the weight ratio of 1:0.5 - 1:5. The ionic liquid includes at least one of EMIM1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium ionic liquid and BMIM1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium ionic liquid. The microwave is irradiated to the mixture in the intensity of 500 - 1000W. The microwave is irradiated for 10 - 300 seconds. The step for irradiating the microwave to the mixture is discontinuously performed.
