PURPOSE: An energy saving type air conditioning system for a clean room is provided to regulate humidity without a separate energy supply by recovering waste heat emitted to the atmosphere. CONSTITUTION: An energy saving type air conditioning system for a clean room comprises a waste heat recovering condenser(210) and a solenoid valve(220). The waste heat recovering condenser recovers waste heat generated in a condenser while the waste heat recovering condenser is interlocked with the operation of the condenser, thereby forming On/Off cycling in order to control a cooling capacity of an evaporator. The solenoid valve is arranged between pipes which recover waste heat generated by the condenser and controls the amount of refrigerant transferred to the waste heat recovering condenser from the waste heat recovering condenser.
