PURPOSE: An electric bike and an electric bike management system are provided to prevent crashes while driving by being controlled by other passengers in a rail bike subsidiary body. CONSTITUTION: An electric bike comprises a rail bike main body(102) which provides rail type wheels and more; a rail type wheel(102a) which is selectively mounted with the rail bike main body; a first battery(B1) which accumulates electric power by being installed on one or more rail bike subsidiary bodies or in the rail bike main body; and a first electric motor(M1) which transfers power by being provided with electric power accumulated in the first battery. The rail bike main body is moved by driving or automated driving of the rail bike main body.
