PURPOSE: A successive approximation analog-digital conversion circuit is provided to reduce the area of a chip nd power consumption.;CONSTITUTION: An ADC circuit(100) includes a reference voltage division circuit(120), a comparator circuit(130), and a thermometric decoder(140). The reference voltage division circuit divides a reference voltage applied to ports(110,112) into multiple sub-reference voltages. The comparator circuit compares each sub-reference voltage with an analog signal.
