PVDF SEPARATION FILM FOR WATER TREATMENT WITH AN IMPROVED PERMEABILITY BY FORMING SLIT-TYPE PORES IN AN ASYMMETRIC STRUCTURE, AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A PVDF separation film and a manufacturing method are provided to allow a high flow rate, to improve a contamination resistance, to improve an intensity as a PVDF crystal structure changes through a stretching process, and to prevent damaging characteristics of the intensity and the flow rate even after a long-term use of the separation film.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a PVDF separation for water treatment comprises the steps of: preparing a PVDF dope solution containing a hydrophilic polymer; discharging the PVDF dope solution to an outer pipe of a double nozzle, forming a hollow by discharging an inner coagulant to an inner pipe of the double nozzle, followed by immersing the hollow in a coagulating tub to form a hallow fiber film; and stretching or stretching after rolling when rolling the hollow fiber film. Slit-type pores are distributed in an asymmetric structure on a surface or a cross-section of the PVDF hallow fiber film of the PVDF separation film.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
